Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mexico.
We use UPS for all shipping unless specified otherwise by the customer.
If you have specific routing instructions or preferred carriers, please provide these details at the time of order placement. If no instructions are provided, we will ship at our discretion.
                        Shipping Timeframes
Available inventory typically ships within 2-3 business days.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
                        United States Shipping Costs and Duties
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the destination.
We take care of all duties and import fees for your convenience. Customers are not responsible for any additional customs charges.
                        International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the shipment.
International orders may experience longer shipping times due to customs processing. 
                        Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customer.service@mymariavictoria.com for assistance.
For lost shipments, please contact us as soon as possible at logistics@mymariavictoria.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
                        Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse a shipment will be responsible for the cost of both outbound and inbound freight.
Refused shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the order total.
                        Special Instructions
If you have any special shipping instructions, such as specific delivery dates or handling requirements, please provide these details at the time of order placement.
We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but please note that additional fees may apply.
                        Backorders
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date.
You may choose to wait for the backordered item, substitute it with another product, or cancel that part of your order.
