For the United States, shipping costs are on average 8% of the total order, though this may vary depending on the quantity and type of items purchased.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For Ready to Ship orders, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
For Backorder items, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on availability and the season.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 am to 2 pm. All orders after 2 pm will be processed the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
If you place an order on a holiday that falls on a weekday, it will be processed on the following business day!
What is your return policy?
No returns, except for damaged items. Returns for damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All claims and damages must be submitted in writing to orders@mymariavictoria.com within 7 days of receipt. All claims must be submitted with photographs of damages.
Maria Victoria products are handcrafted and made from natural materials. As a result, our products may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These variations are not considered damages, and returns will not be accepted based on these characteristics.
