The Nina Handmade Palm Bag is crafted by a devoted group of eight artisans from Chipalpa, using traditional techniques passed down through three generations. Handwoven from local palm fibers, each bag is a unique piece of art, with the artisans creating one to two bags daily. By carrying this bag, you not only carry a piece of Chipalpa's heritage, but also support the skilled craftsmanship that is part of its legacy.

Orders with available inventory will ship within 24-48 business hours. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. We’re committed to ensuring your items arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

Damaged Shipments:

Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of receipt for evaluation and resolution.

Return Policy:

No returns, except for damaged items. Returns for damaged merchandise must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

Maria Victoria reserves the right to cancel any backordered items that may cause a delay beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.

Notification of Cancellation:

Substitute Request:

You have the option to request a substitute for the backordered item in case of cancellation, but only if the order has not been shipped in completion.
