To apply for a wholesale account, please visit our wholesale registration page and fill out the application form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you within 3-5 business days.
The minimum order varies depending on the type of wholesaler:
- Sales rep: $550.00
- General: $350.00
- VIP: $750.00
Once your wholesale account is approved, you can place orders directly through our online wholesale portal or by contacting our sales team at orders@mymariavictoria.com.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
To apply for net 30 terms, please pre-pay your first three orders with a credit card. Contact finance@mymariavictoria.com to obtain your credit reference application.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected and are not considered damages. Returns will not be accepted based on these characteristics. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customer.service@mymariavictoria.com for assistance.
All orders are shipped from Mexico by UPS unless specified otherwise. Special routing instructions must be specified, or we will ship at our discretion. Customers who refuse a shipment will be responsible for the cost of both outbound and inbound freight.
Available to ship items are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Backorder product and pre order products ship within 5-10 days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
